"Shhh! The prince is sleeping! ^_^"

*shrugs* Heh. Took a few of the ideas you nice peeps gave me and merged them together. A soft pastel-like coloring with the olden styled photograph, mixed with dust and wear and tear over time, tadah!

I went over the lines with a 2px sized airbrush, slowly (ARGH HAND HURTS!!), then adjusted the contrast/brightness a bit so it wasn't so blurry. I actually like how that part turned out, I just wish it didn't hurt the hand so much.

'crayoned' on color as a base, then used the dodge/burn tool to add the shading and highlights. This 'sloppy' method was first used in the "Shadow's got a McJob" pic. I thought it was a bit too sloppy, so I smudged it around to swirl the colors. Woot.

Then I added some of that vintage old browny color. It has a name, but I forgot what it is at the moment. o_O Some Noise, dust and speckles... and that cheesy 'photograph edge' thing. Then, to add to the distortion, I saved it as a JPG, and then saved over it as another JPG, and again. XD I think it might be 'old and decrepid' enough.

Thanks, again, for your comments on the scrap piece. You REALLY didn't have to favorite it. XDD It seems a waste to me, oh well.
